November 16, 2023 at 5:05 am Hi – Iā€™m backā€¦   my QSM just rolled past 4700 hours after 7 years of use. Ā It had been well maintained, has no leaks or smoke and runs strong/no issues. Ā I run it and maintain it the way you have written and advised me and it seems to work! Ā If I ever get into the wrong side of the power curve and see 20GPH, I slow down!

I will find out where it is/what itā€™s reading and Will monitor it this summer to help me in making the right decision. • Calibrating a 6 year old EGT probe?

June 10, 2020 at 6:30 am My EGT has been creeping up 25 degrees per year. The picture shows the problem – EGT of my cold engine versus ambient air temp in the engine room., The gauge is reading 75 degrees too warm while cold, which I believe is contributing to way I see 1000 degrees vs.950 2 years back. Any way to test/calibrate gauge/probe or just use a 50 degree mental offset and move on with my life.
