SMX Bronze Freshwater Flush Cap for Groco ARG Series Strainers

Our SMX Bronze cap fits the Groco ARG-500 thru ARG-3000 models. These caps are cast out of high quality bronze and feature a Freshwater Flush provision in the center of the cap. Kit includes the cap, o-rings, NPT nipple fitting, Genuine Groco ball valve, brass garden hose nipple with cap.  Note: Groco Strainer model numbers reflect NPT in/out size for example ARG 1500 is a 1.5″ NPT input and output.

We now also offer caps for Pre-2002 Groco Strainers.  Look carefully at the pics below if you aren’t sure about the vintage of your strainer.  The post 2002 Strainers have a second lower O-Ring.  Make your selection carefully when choosing from the drop down menu.
