    My EGT has been creeping up 25 degrees per year.

    The picture shows the problem – EGT of my cold engine versus ambient air temp in the engine room., The gauge is reading 75 degrees too warm while cold, which I believe is contributing to way I see 1000 degrees vs.950 2 years back.

    Any way to test/calibrate gauge/probe or just use a 50 degree mental offset and move on with my life.

    Larry,

    I think you are on your own on this one.. You need to play with accurate low OHM low current 10 turn Potentiometer to figure out what you need on one line and then install a $0.25 resistor ..
