I’m tracking the original seaboard setup and your maintenance, but curious if you could share/document: WOT RPM and boost PSI Cruise RPM range, boost, GPH estimate, and trip time at cruise RPM Trolling time between your runs in and out Mahalo, Sean

      April 18, 2024 at 1:29 am Hello,Ā  in my Bayliner 3685 Avanti Sunbridge i have to Cummins Engine. The Engine room is small and for the Maintenance i have every time the big Problem to Change the Oil and Fuel Filter on the Outside of the Engines. For this i Need a 3 year old engineer šŸ˜€. I am searching for solutions , that maybe Not so expensive .. Maybe from the after market. Also some pics will help . thanks and Greetings from GermanyĀ  thomasĀ

      April 17, 2024 at 3:12 pm Hello, I’m experiencing a few issues with my cummins qsm11 generator.Ā  I’ve replaced multiple items all filters, fluids, HP fuel pump and mini filter, and all 6 injectors but for some reason my rpms dont want to sit at 1800rpms which is what it needs to be set to.Ā  Prior to an electrical load it will be right at 1800 and then once it takes the load it drops to 1790-1780 rpms.Ā  The Fuel pump had a leak from the weap hole that is why i…

      April 15, 2024 at 4:10 pm I have checked Ā the seam above the sump and the block. No number or tag. Found the decal on a valve cover but it had been damaged. No number. Seaboard needs the number in order to possibly sell me a filler neck for my cast iron heat exchanger. Is there another place orā€¦?

      April 15, 2024 at 3:32 pm Sharing with the forum the importance of keeping any crud or water out of the “last chance” fuel filter on the QSB.5.9 480. I cut the filters open to look over the filter media and inside the cannisters. OK, I’m running a QSB 5.9 480…just turned 305 hrs over 2.5Ā  summer seasons. I use Biobor JF as preventive maintenance dose. Full disclosure I do not rountinely or at allĀ  drain the bottom of the filters to check for water…

      May 12, 2022 at 6:49 am These are the proper running fuel pressure number measured on the filter head on the QSB 5.9, QSC and QSL 9.. Ā  I have not measured th 6.7 yet, but suspect it in the 50-100 PSI range.Ā
