All looks a-okay to me.Ā  As to the serp belts that’s your call based on how they look and how long in service.Ā  I do mine every 2-3 years but I know they could go more.

Lots of lube on the impeller, housing innards and the splines and rotate as you push and should go in without any tools although the tool could make easier work of it.Ā  Be mindful of the end of the impeller that accepts the removal tool and not to put that side in first.

Yes, old mounts but don’t look terrible for their age but for sure the characteristics of the rubber inserts are not what they were when new.Ā  As to vibration increase have you gone through the running gear and performed an alignment check?

Some vibrations and movement of the tensioner are normal.Ā  Can you take some videos of the vibrations you are seeing and upload to YouTube and post the links here?Ā  If you don’t mind the extra work you can switch the belt and tensioners between the two engines and see what that tells you as to what follows and what stays.

The heat exchangers are most likely a non-issue and simple enough to do an end cap kit in place and inspect the tubes.Ā  Fully service them the next time she’s due for a coolant change.

The aftercoolers are going to be 100% dependent on how they were last serviced.Ā  If they were well greased with a waterproof grease you should be fine with the time that lapsed since prior service.

As to concessions from the seller for any aftercooler potential issues, that is going to be a long shot but every seller and every deal is different.Ā  It all comes down to what makes sense and “cents” as to what you are getting for your money.Ā  As all else seems to be acceptable I would not lose the deal over a potential aftercooler issue.Ā  The money you’d spend on other boat deal just to get where you are now would buy you a new aftercooler for this boat, if it is even needed…

Usual stuff .. with the only item of concern being whatever leaked to rust/corrode that tranny did it also get into the electrical end of the generator?Ā  Tiara’s do have the genset wedged between two PSS shaft seals that love to spray the genset from both sides.Ā  Was the genset carefully inspected?

The higher amperage will only be pulled from the alternator if your load demands it.Ā  Should not be an issue as to setup as you should have a short heavy wire running back from the alternator right there to the starter lug, like a no. 2 wire.

Another option is to pull the alternator and have it gone through on the bench.Ā  I just did both of mine proactively.Ā

Need side views of the mounts, like this, to see how the bottom of the rubber isolator is sitting within the cast mount.Ā  Have you at least checked that all mounts are TIGHT ?Ā  (at the studs and stringers)

Yes, that is the bottom of the aftercooler as evidenced by the condensation port.

Thanks for the follow-up.Ā  Great outcome!Ā  Yes, always good to go backtrack as you did.Ā  When I used the 5/16″ silicon hoses I secured them to the recovery bottles with small hose clamps to ensure a tight connection.Ā  Snugging those little clamps has just been added to my spring commissioning list!
