Reading one of Tony’s tips on filters mentions using it but maybe not anymore…(epoxy)
Good to know on the 19513, same capacities I’m assuming? on GPH and “crud” holding?
Also I should ask, what you recommend for a filter for a small 6 kw Northern lights gen?

Need to get ordered but wondering what is the difference between 1218 and 19513? Leaning towards the 1218 but what to double check before ordering.
Also, what epoxy is best for fittings? Like that idea.

April 12, 2017 at 7:34 am #17380I repowered 2 years ago and purchased engine/gear etc for SBMAR, under Tony and crews guidance. Ā Ā
Been running 2 summers now, total of 800 hrs.
When boat is in water, it doesn’t sit long, if going to sit more the a day or 2, do fresh water flush.
Haven’t done any maintenance yet on cooling side ( beside zincs, impellers etc) and seeing what should do before launch this year!
I need to try and get some time to post about the repower here…Ā
