Thanks guys for getting back to me, I was able to grab a few pics of the fuel pump and serial numbers, I was solo, and couldn’t get the engine covers totally off. I hope this helps:
August 6, 2018 at 5:10 am #35667I was lucky enough were the paint was still fresh on the motor to see what bolts have had a wrench on them and not. Following what David said, and banjo fittings with no paint matched so i crack those.
Got to the injectors, cracked one and heard the air come out, so like Rob said, went to 100% WOT few cranks and she sounded like she was going to go, tightened down injector feed, again 100% WOT, turned her, and lowered down to idle…whole process took about 15 mins.
Can’t thank you guys enough!!!August 3, 2018 at 6:24 am #35585Thanks guys!! She fired up, wasn’t too painful!!! Ran her at the dock for an hour!! Couldn’t take her for a test burn because I have some steering issues i need to fix today.

Yeah, I’m a little skeptical of the whole valve moving myself, it wasn’t much. Both motors feeding off the same tank, right before it stalled it started to sputter like it wasn’t getting fuel, then off. I opened up the Racor and it was bone dry…
Heading down now, I will post what I find out.
Thanks for the reply!!August 2, 2018 at 8:21 am #35529Thanks for this. That’s the process I figured, but wanted to hear some opinions.
I am going to give it a shot afterwork tonight.
Thank you!! -
