I contacted Mercury Marine and they refered me to CC marine in Marina Del Ray to have a tech come out and do a diagnostic. Unfortunately CC marine will not come to Ventura. Can you suggest a tech?

Thanks so much for the quick reply and phone number. I am very interested in replacing the smart craft with you conversion kit. Would this be considered a DIY project or would I need to hire and electriction?

Thanks for the reply. I read your article prior to submitting my question and I may need to go thru the process of draining the oil and refilling with proper amount and checking where it falls on the dip stick. But I’m still wondering what the proper position of the stick is what checking the oil on a regular basis. Do I seat it all the way down to the lock position?
