      July 11, 2022 at 7:06 am I have a lag at 15 hundred to 17 hundred then it spools up, after coolers done this year, 2650 rpm, no black smoke, 38 tiara , was going to try your lazy aneroid but wanted to know how much adjustment, do not have an air supply to test, was going to trial after adjustment, how much adjustment? I can get an air supply but do not no that procedure?

      July 19, 2022 at 7:53 pm Heading to Westport WA this weekend , easy stuff first, Raycor , on engine fuel filter, new air cleaner, checking all turbo hoses and clamps, then 2 clicks on the aneroid and will reply next week and let everybody know the results, thanks everyone , Toolman Ted

      September 26, 2019 at 10:05 am a basic step by step valve adjustment procedure, 1700 hrs never been adjusted, run great, one engine a little lopie at idle.

      September 27, 2019 at 2:54 pm This stuff is all over u-tube.. “12-valve Cummins valve adjustment”. The B & C procedure is the same–different clearances though–It’s on your engine tag.. Use a 15/16″ socket and 1/2″ drive ratchet on the alternator nut (CW)–way easy to bar the engine over this way Tony

      August 5, 2019 at 1:35 pm I have a fuel leak about a teaspoon a day, have looked hard with flash light, white towel over filter, lines,all fuel related fittings, I put a diaper down and red fuel shows, it must evaporate faster than i can find. of coarse it is on port engine on the port side, anybody had a similar problem?

      August 5, 2019 at 5:20 pm Not much to go on here….. Any fuel smell after running the engine up to temp? That may at least indicate that it’s up higher on the engine. It’s going to likely be one of those clean it spic/span and then very closely WWM..
