    • Engine won t go over 1500rpm

      May 15, 2021 at 11:05 pm Hello One of my 380 5.9 qsb wonā€™t go over 1500rpm when in gear and well above in neutral. We just changed the fuel and injection pumps. All filtres are cleaned and new. Diesel is 6 months old. Any idea? Many thanks for your help. O

      May 17, 2021 at 5:54 pm The lift/priming pump is on/part of the the engine is is buried behind the ECM.. Based on your question, it sounds like you need a qualified mechanic, IMO, not employed by Cummins.. You tried that and it did not work.

      July 19, 2020 at 12:14 am Has anybody got any idea about Main crankshaft error message on Qsb 5.9. Code 115,689,2321. Can we still use the boat? could damage sensor give that message? How do you remove error messages? Would appreciate your help many thanks.

      September 25, 2019 at 6:43 am Hello My mechanic changed our serpentine belts as part of the big service. One hour into our first trip out I could smell burning. Called him and he said that was ok as there is tensioner. 30 hours later belt broke. Called him again back and he could not explain the reason I checked all pullies and all fine apart from the one where the 2 belts are. All the screws were loose and the pulley was wobbly. I suspect this is the reason why the belt bro…
