    The second bundle and housing was badly the corroded and pitted

    You say you serviced the heat xchangers, you mean cleaned the tubes?

    Hey Rob, thanks for the reply,
    Yea the coolant looks clean as new, no signs of overheating and oil doesnā€™t show any signs of water. Aftercooler were only slightly discolored by the inlet. At the end of the season the temp would start to rise when running hard on this engine but no major overheats.
    I decided to get into the coolers, pumps, major barnacle buster flush etc.
    My hose from the main heat exchanger has a bad kink which could effect flow too

    Should I use a mixer to get a complete suspension? One motor would lose a very small amount of coolant so I was curious if the oil sample would tell me if it made its way to the crankcase. I thought these were time sensitive
