The second bundle and housing was badly the corroded and pitted

I recently bought a new unit from you and I asked if it was greased at your shop before I received it. My understanding is it has been

I need to know what pressure to use when testing my old cooler bundle

You say you serviced the heat xchangers, you mean cleaned the tubes?

Hey Rob, thanks for the reply,
Yea the coolant looks clean as new, no signs of overheating and oil doesn’t show any signs of water. Aftercooler were only slightly discolored by the inlet. At the end of the season the temp would start to rise when running hard on this engine but no major overheats.
I decided to get into the coolers, pumps, major barnacle buster flush etc.
My hose from the main heat exchanger has a bad kink which could effect flow too

Should I use a mixer to get a complete suspension? One motor would lose a very small amount of coolant so I was curious if the oil sample would tell me if it made its way to the crankcase. I thought these were time sensitive
