Hello all, I’m stumped and hope someone can help me with my trolling valve problem.

A year ago I purchased a 39′ Riviera with twin Yanmar 6LY2A-STP engines that have  ZF 280-1 A Transmission’s. The boat has dual helm’s, and I believe they are Teleflex i6300’s. The port side trolling valve works, the starboard side doesn’t. I’m hoping to find replacement parts to fix it.

On close inspection I noticed the starboard solenoid had a crack in the cover. I got the numbers 3217308076 off the solenoid and ordered replacement cap part number #ZF-EB15-CAP (ZF Electronic Shift Solenoid Wire Plug/Cap) from SeaBoard Marine. After removing the original plug/cap I discovered that it has a small electronic board in it, the new cap from Seaboard doesn’t. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement solenoid cap that has the electronic board in it?

I have included several pictures of the broken solenoid cap. One picture is of the working port side solenoid to show the part number.

    Thanks all. – Mike
