My customer has a ZF 1RM 225 A that won’t shift after being in storage for six months. I’ve disconnected the cable and still won’t shift.  Full of oil and no issues before it was stored. Any idea’s?

No problem, thought maybe it was a typo we needed to fix.  The input “top hose” going into the pump, drip it full of oil and bump the engine a few times.  Might need to pull the solenoid wire for a no-start.

    Sorry

I zoomed in on the pics that you sent me and it does read ZF220A not ZF 225A like this one. Is there proper way to prime the pump or just through the hoses? Thanks for the responses.

Where exactly are you seeing “225” on our sight? Correct, the lever kit does not appear to be your answer.  Could try priming the oil pump with some 30 or 40 wt oil

It must be a 220A, your pics model  number  say ZF225A also. The engine room is clean and rust free. The lever moves freely just no shifting going on. If the valve spool is free then the kit won’t help, right? Thanks for the reply.

You must be referring to the ZF 220A?  How do things look cosmetically?
