Looks like I have a fuel control actuator acting up.  Overnighted one from Seaboard today.  What tool do I need to remove those three little bolts on the actuator?  Are they little torx heads?  Size?  Also it sure looks like I will have to remove the aftercooler to get a tool on the inside and bottom of the three bolts.  Any tips?

Thanks!  Was getting intermittent surges and drops in rpms, some black smoke at times.  Little events then ok again.  Fault codes for low fuel pressure.  ECM showed both lower than and higher than commanded fuel pressure at the common rail during these events.  Runs fine most of the time.  Injector test and full fuel system pressure test checked out fine.  The rail pressure had a couple minor drops in pressure while running plugged in today.  Told the actuator is the most likely culprit.  Hope so,
