Hi,
We have a pair of Yanmars’ 4LHA STP on a Bertram 28 1980 installed circa 2006 with 2,100 current hours. We will be replacing the mounts and doing an overall servicing, painting etc. at the shop.
Is there anything that you would recomend doing to the engines while they are out (i.e. replacing certain hard to get hoses, oil lines etc.? Maybe replacing oil pan gasket? Things that may be easier to do while the engines are in the shop.
We will be replacing the electrical jacket that runs under the turbo as well.Ā
So far engines are running well, a bit of blow by, but are planning on installing your CCV kit to keep engine room clean.
Thank you for any suggestions.
