Cummins QSM11

Hello, I’m experiencing a few issues with my cummins qsm11 generator.  I’ve replaced multiple items all filters, fluids, HP fuel pump and mini filter, and all 6 injectors but for some reason my rpms dont want to sit at 1800rpms which is what it needs to be set to.  Prior to an electrical load it will be right at 1800 and then once it takes the load it drops to 1790-1780 rpms.  The Fuel pump had a leak from the weap hole that is why i replaced that and the injectors started to knock that is why i replaced those.  My fuel psi sits somewhere around 13.0 at first start up it is at 14.7 psi.  Any thoughts on this, after its running for a while, 20 min, it drops power.  Thank you for any help or suggestions.
