On B CPL 2208 the alarm buzzer audio volume on the electronic module is too low to draw attention when U/W.
I’ve attached the wiring diagram for the panel. The module is easy to understand the inputs, but it isn’t clear where one could tap in to add an external noisemaker [low amperage load]. For sure I’d prefer to have the indication sound for all 4 failure actuations.

    It Works!

My old Navy ears can hear it now.
Rob – neat system, but too much for me.

    Thanks to all.

    Michael,

When you’re ready for a REAL alarm system:

    Super Solder

    Corey and Tony–THANKS.

You can see my ham-handed solder job attached.
This side of the board makes it easy to trace which of the two is B-.
    Yellow going to ground.
I’ll make sure remote alarm draws less than 100ma and report success/failure upon re-install.

Be sure the current draw of the buzzer you chose to add in under 100 ma.. The driver on that board is quite “weak”..

Only real way is to remote mount a piezo buzzer and solder wire leads (~20 AWG or so) to the back of the alarm board where the buzzer sits. Be sure that you have the ground and pos correct on the back of the PCB board.
