There has to be a way to clean these! $300 to replace seems insane to me especially if you’re  racking up yearly hours.

 

Please let me know if anyone had attempted and the results.

I can photo document and post if we can come together and get it done

The Airsep is a big PITA, you can buy the Envirovent for a little more than a new Walker canister, and never mess with it again.  Overfilling the sump can result in blowby symptoms, make sure you have not overfilled it.
