    Hi There-
Just fired the boat up for the first time a few days ago, when it’s idling at the dock there is no smoke, as soon as i go under a load it seems to be heavy brown smoke as i’m coming up on plane. Once i’m on plane the smoke seems to be more white while cruising. Starboard motor does it the most but port motor also.
Also can’t get the motors past 2100 rpms and there is raw diesel being dumped through the exhaust.
I have changed the fuel filters on the block, change the racors, and added lucas diesel treatment to what is a fresh tank of diesel. I attached a couple of pictures. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Your post is a totally “blind sided post”–No one has a clue about the engines, the boat, the operational history of the boat, the engines , you, or anything..

Start here and be verbose————–No one here has a crystal ball………

    1) What exact engines and serial numbers

    2) Your past history of using these engines in this boat?

    3) In the past, did you ever make at least the minimum rated RPM? Do you no what that RPM is?

    4) What exact vessel?
