will this insite scanner work with marine engines?

Does insite work with marine engines? I saw this but have no clue if it will work Heavy Duty Diesel Laptop Tuner Scanner Diagnostic Repair Truck – DieselScanners I really need it. I pay a ton of money to my mechanic and its all small simple issues. Please let me know if it will work. Thank you

“Marine” has nothing to do with the compatibility with your engine electronic system.. Something like this would tell you if it can “read” your engines computer .. What does  the “book say” ? SAE J1939 is most common. What EXACT engine?
