Twin Disc MG-502 oil type?

Hello,
I have twin 210hp 6BT’s and Twin Disc MG-502 transmissions, I’m wondering what oil type I should be running in them? and the best method to remove and refill the oil? I’m located in Queensland Australia so the climate here is nice and warm, thanks for your help
