Installed two 6BTA 5.9 remans with new panels.  experiencing low pressure alarm after reaching normal operating temperature and engines RPM below 1100.  Cummins installed “jumpers” with resistors to correct false alarms.  worked on port engine, but not starboard.  Swapped wiring at panels (i.e. port panel to starboard engine, and vice versa) and problem continued, but reversed….port panel alarmed when connected to starboard engine…therefore no panel issues.  Any suggestions for underlying problem of starboard engine.

    Low Oil Pressure ?? 6BTA 5.9’s

Are we talking about measured low oil pressure with an accurate mechanical gauge, or the is a instrument panel / alarm circuit sender, or circuit board glitch?

    Big difference.

Pictures of your panels ( front & back) , engine senders, etc etc would help
