qsc fuel actuator valve
is this the same as the qsb one you have for sale?
boat broke down would only fire once on crank then nothing until key was cycled
unplugging of actuator would let the engine start but with these fault codes

bretParticipantfinal solution of issue
hi guys
sorry for no follow up i have been overseas for 6 months and then corona iso
replacing the fuel actuator valve did not solve problem – however swapping the ecm’s did
so when you see every one of your injectors fault at once, pretty good chance its going to be ecm
cummins service guys said they had never seen one go like that – but there you go

Thanks Bret. do you know is it a mechanical device or a sensor?
It’s electronic, the ECM talks to the FCA to regulate the needed fuel to the HP pump.

bretParticipantI’m sure there are more qualified than myself to answer
but what the actuator does is regulates the amount of fuel allowed into the high pressure pump from the lift pump
so if it stays shut then no fuel gets into the hp pump which pressurizes the common rail – so no start

I also have 2011 build QSC600 engines and looked up QSOL with my engine number/s (which start with a 7) and found the following part number for the electronic fuel actuator valve as 4903523.
I am on the Gold Coast and get great service and support from Cummins Carole Park Brisbane. If you are stuck, try them. They are open weekdays until midnight and Saturday mornings.1 user thanked author for this post.

Cummins in Aust will have one. I got one next day in WA from the East coast. Cost more than from Tony but I wanted it faster than a 4 days across the world.

You misunderstood me — The engines came up on QSOL no problem, but the part number for the FCA was not provided, at least not that I could find. Email Kevin.
