I’m looking for a QSC turbo. The part number on the turbo is 40387490, which doesnt match up to anything listed for that motor on this site. Any ideas?

All looks very good to me……..USE the Graphite gasket ( not the OEM SS one) — new hardware with never-seize on the bolts

    See attached.

Is the thin area where the gasket mates a concern?

Can you take a new picture so I can see all the way inside?

It’s what I cannot see that matters –the inner housing around the turbine wheel..

    Look at the attached picture

    Serial number is: 46579016. QSC M – 540.

The turbine housing on the exisitng turbo is eroded to about 4mm, and does no have any backing for the crush ridge on the gasket.
