It’s on a commercial 29 ft h&h . Install was done around 2017. Cummins west did the final setup and install.   fault comes on with alarm very consistent. Controls work. Engine runs Perfect shifts and rpm goes up and down with no issues. Smart craft controls.  any help and direction would be great.

Certainly can’t complain about the 6.7 though. Plus 5,000 hrs.

    I have the 27 H&H, smaller bro of the 29, with a QSB 5.9 480….

The H&H line of downeast boats are very good keel boats

Good luck with fixing your engine control issue.

So cummins is saying it might be the controls. They sure didn’t make troubleshooting easy on this stuff,

The install is good. It’s a fairly wet boat and the owner runs it and I try to keep on him about maintaining it. Pretty flawless for the first 5k hours.  Thank you for the reply

Mercury DTS Smartcrap systems, outboard adaption,  and unbelievably complex.   Could be a compromised connection issue as it looks as things are being left to battle mother nature and marine age.  What does the rest of the installation look like?
