    Have QSB 425 5.9…turning key to start engines is really delayed. started on port…but now on stb too. seems to have gotten worse over months time. always fire right up after delays. New batteries. cleaned up mag switch connections. and checked neutral safety switches on zf280 trans. seem fine. hynautic hydraulic controls. any ideas? thanks.

    This sounds like a “SmartCraft” Gremlin……………Replace the Mercury key switches? They are not like a “regular” key switch..
