Anyone had this fault. Says not a critical fault. You put the engine in gear but have no throttle, just idle. Put it in neutral mode, same thing, no throttle. Other engine is fine.

Throttle sensor fault
The fix for my boat was the engine wiring harness that ran underneath the engine and had saltwater corrosion.Ā The sensors at the end of the harness that go into the main engine block were corroded.Ā The helm harness and system had no issues.
February 6, 2022 at 11:51 am #126366Harness fixed it?
Wondering which harness you replaced.Ā <br />engine harness, 14 pin extension or helm harness?Ā

July 12, 2021 at 1:56 pm #117884Fishtaxi- I think Tony wants your engine control box in you engine room. It is the white box with large red and green buttons on it for engine start and stop. You should have two- one for each engine.

fishtaxiParticipantThrottle sensor fault .What fixed this issue ?
Having same problem on one of my 2014 QSB 6.7 380HP #73644864 (get throttle sensor fault)
3061 hours, runs great but only can get idle (throttle lever moves but , no response beyond idle 690
Changed out Mass Air Flow Sensor with no joy .
No one around with computer software to get codes etc (week(s) for someone from out of area $$$ )
Do not think it is fuel pump rather electrical issue of some kind that manages things . so very curious as to your fix.
Oceanside Ca
Thank you
