    6bta 5.9  970 CPL is there a cummins system that used a powerto kill the engine if so there can I find a diagram

    All you have to do is LEARN how the lever works that the external  solenoid operates.  Basically you have an “true diesel” that needs NO power to run, only to start.. Your solenoid defeats that.  Learn how it works and then be clever  using “mechanics 101  — There is no kit or diagram..   The solenoid you are dealing with should be similar to the pics attached  but will not be easy to deal with.. It’s kinda buried.
