I have Cummins QSC 8.3 engines in my 39 Tiara Convertible with 1800 hours.  Recent oil samples revealed slightly elevated levels of copper, it was one year since my last oil change.  Can anyone suggest what causes this and is it a cause for concern?

    thanks

    Random Oil samples

    ONE ANSWER:

99+% of the time, a random oil sample has ZERO value and means even less.  Plenty of postings  on this forum (& others)  about this.
