Hi Team. I have just completed the installation of a twin engine dual control system which was purchased and set up in the US. Im running twin 315 Yanmars. I’ve got the entire system working and installed without any fault indication. However once I completed the endpoint calibration on both levers. (each one moved manually as expected)Ā  The lever for transmission has not and will not move automatically. When I push the throttles ahead or reverse the throttle cable moves and the rpm increases however the neutral lights stay on and the arm also stays in the neutral position. Even when at full throttle in forward or reverse.

    Glenndinning Smart Actuator.

In ā€œwarmā€ mode transmissions will not engage.
Press the ā€œwarmā€ button to get the light off. If light is off and still wont engage, you have another problem.

If you are talkng about being in the sysc mode, the slave engine lever DOES NOT move. Sync-ing is done internally and the signal is sent to the actuator box – Only the cables move move and follow the master lever..
