    See attached pictures.  Is my exhaust doomed to fail?  I’d like to install the freshwater flush, ideally AFTER the water pump so I can flush with engine off.  Think I’m ok?

    Your exhaust looks well designed.

     

    Tony’s crew built the custom exhaust for my QSB 5.9 480 lobster boat install. All from 3,000 or so miles away !

    You dry riser and wet mixer design is solid..   Not sure about your lift muffler or what is after that,  but normally neither of those would let water back into the turbo / riser design based on what I see,

    Just from looking at pictures it looks like an ok set up. Need to know where the Water level is in comparison to the turbo. But it has the outlet dumping down allowing gravity to work. Go look thru Tony’s tips he has a ton on exhaust set up
