ED1

I have an Cummins ED1 display on my 2003 Sea Ray 480 sedan with QSM11 engines.

I was adjusting the  contrast and it stored  the setting that  is not viewable. 

I tried the reset for the ED3  “hold the first 4 keys… to reset to central value.”  It did not work.

How can I reset it back to the factory default? or

how do I reset the contrast if i cant see the screen?

The fact that your ancient ED1 display works at all  means you are ahead of most..  No clue how to reset other than maybe, disconnect all power to the engine and display for 30 minutes,  and then maybe things might re-boot when you power up…..
