Cummins Vessel View Interface Panel

I have Cummins QSC 550 engines with a Cummins / Onan generator connected to a Vessel View Display.

The vessel view display is not displaying the data from the generator, the generator page comes up when selected but there is no data i.e. Volts, HZ, Temp, etc. Once in a while the data does appear but only spiradically. Is this a bad connection in a harness or do I need to replace the Interface Module? Any tips on what connectors and pins to check for continuity?

IMO, you either have a CANbus termination issue, or the module that is producing the data output has failed… remember, it’s all a part of the complicated SmartCraft system…

Same Issue

I have the same issue with my MDKBM generator. The VV used to show the generator icon and only showed volts (240), but now the icon and volt data isn’t being displayed at all.
