Hi, I am trying to find out how much PSI are the fuel hoses carrying under operation.

These are the fuel supply hoses to and from the on engine fuel filter, last fuel filter before the high pressure pump. Not the fuel lines from the fuel tank to the combo fuel block.

I believe these are 13/32″/10mm IDĀ  -8 hoses. The port engine has the relocated fuel filter to the exhaust side, with hoses routed under the oil pan. I want to make sure these hoses are of the proper PSI rating for the application.

    Thank you

Thank you Tony. I checked last night and that particular engine is set up with Parker 221fr -8 hoses. The Stb engine has the stock/original hoses with the fuel filter on the pump side.

According to Parker specs for pressure and temp are:

    500 psi, 3,5 MPa, 34.47 bar

    212 Ā°F, 100 Ā°C

I believe I’m good with that setup.

These are after the fuel lift pump–assuming 15-30 PSI would be safe if all is working per spec
