      November 3, 2019 at 12:53 pm I have a QSB 5.9 (480 hp) with an OEM Delco Remy 22SI alternator and 3 x 12V Group 31 AGM starter batteries (less than 2 years old). At 1600+ RPMs, the alternator output voltage starts to climb and becomes erratic – see below. I’ve had my alternator bench-tested and it tested sat. I’ve also load tested each of my starter batteries – each were good. I’ve cleaned all terminals and checked all connections for tightness…

      December 8, 2020 at 9:45 pm I like the idea of separate vmā€™s. My vessel view and associated gauge indications run 10.8-11.5 yet everything continues to run. Both engines are similar and donā€™t vary much with rpm. Itā€™s very unnerving to watch.
