May 1, 2017 at 4:53 am Hey, new to the board, I own a 35 Carolina Classic with twin 480CE engines, 2004, purchased by me last November. I had the boat out yesterday and the port Engine Display, an ED-1, had all the data blank out. I turned the key off and restarted motor. Everything came back but after a couple of minutes the data went blank again. This would happen each time the key was turned off, it would work, displaying all parameters, then go blank. A mess…

May 23, 2017 at 7:07 pm Can anyone provide feedback on the “pop off” pressure for a Cummins 4078346 Injector, 3908514 Nozzle. The engine is an 2004 480CE.

April 18, 2017 at 4:47 am Picked up a 35′ Carolina Classic with a pair of Cummins 480CEs with 3,500 hours. Ā At WOT Port Motor maxes at 2,510 RPM with 61 pounds of Boost Pressure and Crankcase Pressure of 3.26″. Ā Starboard 2,540 RPM with 65 pounds of Boost Pressure and 1.98″ of Crankcase Pressure.
