Can the O rings fail and cause this symptom or is it always a bad core. As mentioned, the complete after-cooler assembly is just under 5 years old. It has been serviced a couple of times since, following the Seaboard service recommendations. At 48 ppm, is it safe to run the motor for awhile, or is this an urgent repair? Thanks in advance …

Sure enough, I had a loose connection at the 10 10 amp circuit breaker. Cleaned it up, reconnected and now working fine.
