    1. I want to remove shift and trolling solenoids to clean screens. Can I just unscrew and spray with brake cleaner? Will that be ok for the o-rings?

    2. I removed the 24mm bolt just under the filter in an attempt to clean the suction screen. Oil came rushing out and it appeared to be more of a cap plug and I didn’t immediately see the suction screen. Help.

    thanks in advance….

    Drain Plug

If I recall my 220A drain plug is either 22 or 23mm, yours could be the same..

    1. Copy, WD-40

    2. No I did not drain sump, didn’t realize that was required to clean suction filter. What size wrench for #5 above to drain sump?

    1. Ā I personally never expose rubber to brake clean but that can be debated, definitely do not use carb/choke cleaner. Ā WD40 is my choice.

    2. Ā Did you drain the sump first?
