This genset starts, runs, sounds good, generates 110 for 15-16 minutes with or without load, then rpm starts to fluctuate and then dies. 

Checked temp at the three sensors, 160. 

Unplugged the exhaust high temp sensor, same result. 

Any ideas on what/where to look next?

The status of  the   ON-ENGINE, LAST CHANCE FUEL  FILTER  is ??

This time it ran for 30 minutes (new record) with rpm changes starting @ 12 min and getting worse till it finally shut down

after 4 mins it restarted but quickly died

again at 10 min Since 1st shut down it started ran for 5 min but not at rpm

lots of white smoke and fuel coming out exhaust too

After it restarts, does it run without problems or does it stall again?

First impression, sounds like starving for fuel/air in fuel lines.  Recently change your fuel filter?

I have not done anything re: fuel supply other than clean and replace racor filter. Of note, it will restart after it bogs down and dies.
