    You are really making this over complicated as this is real easy–One good pic showing the top of the aftercooler and the gear coolers is all that was needed..But the extra pics are good too, as it shows things look good down there…

    Your cooler has 1.75″ water ports “in & out” and there are only two choices for the 6BTA 5.9.. 1.5″ (mostly early M-2 engines) or 1.75″.. The 1.75″ is the latest cooler for that engine and is by far the most popular…
