    I saw elsewhere that the end cap for the 6BTA 370 HP heat exchanger should be torqued to 2 ft/lbs. Also the gasket kit came with 2 small o-rings instead of the tan rings for the bolt. Just want make sure that is correct. Thanks Ron

    I do not use a torque wrench on the end caps, gauge the feedback when tightening with a wrench and you’ll feel things start snugging up as they should and that it’s, not too tight.Ā  Yes, they are supplying with the o-rings now,Ā  have not personally used them yet as I had a good stock of the gum washers.Ā  Perhaps others can provide feedback on the o-ring over the gum washers?…..
