Glendenning Smart Actuator II SYNC feature not accepting command

Hello all. I cannot get the SYNC feature to accept the command or even light up on my flybridge console. It will however accept the command at the lower helm. Are there any command button replacements that anyone is aware of or if it would require a more in depth fix?
