Exhaust leak by injector after head rebuilt

Fired engine up after having head worked on. Exhaust leak by injector . Have had fuel leak out injector before but not exhaust

they installed one of my old injectors and leak gone. Looks like a crack. Not going to disassemble it as it should be a warranty situation.

I am not sure if anyone here is familiar with your D4.. I know I am not.. Plus, if you want us to “see” something, your picture is very fuzzy.
