Is there a easy way to cut a QSM 11 engine off from the engine room? Also is there a way to pull data/information about how much fuel has been used in the lifetime of the engine?

    Engine cut off

I thought it would make freshwater flushing the engine a little faster if I could shut the engine off from the engine room. I have flybridge boat that only has controls on the flybridge. I figure I could start it at the flybridge go down and start the flush then shut off the flush and engine at the same time ? Thank you for info on the ecm/inciteĀ readerĀ

    Yes to both questions————-

You need Insite or a “ECM” reader for the engine.. I’m sure aftermarket ones are sold (truckers, etc)Ā

Shutting the engine off in the engine room– Is this for an emergency thing,Ā  or ?

Do you want the ability to restart afterwards?Ā  Big difference as to wiring
