    Hi,

I have blown the head gasket on my 450 and am about to dive into removing the head, etc. I found the link under Tony’s tips for the head torque procedure and it lists the values for 26 bolts. The diagram shows 32 bolts. What is the procedure/torque values for the remaining 6 bolts?

    Thanks,
    Cam

Per my best mechanic that does this stuff quite often————-This is Accurate for the “C” 8.3 –26 bolts.. 12 x 80MM and 14 x 160 mm long————-Obviously my web site in wrong & I need to change it..

    C series Head torque–Picture

I just went into QSOL and Cummins is all screwed up ( again) .. Like before, the picture & written instructions they post do not match “REAL”…….The newest is even worse– It shows 26 bolt head–I’ll look into it..
