Connecting engine info to new Raymarine Axiom Pro MFD

I have installed a Raymarine Axiom Pro MFD  in my 40’boat. I would like to connect my engine info to the MFD to receive tach info and other data. My has 1999 – 5.9 6bta 270 hp Cummins. How would I go about doing this?

Byron, thank you for responding. You confirmed what I had initially thought. Now I need to get the parts gathered together to do, tach’s, coolant and oil pressure.

there will be better answers than mine but I will try

-You have “mechanical engs” thus no canbus thus no free data.

-You would need to install sensors on engines for each parameter that you would like to see.

-You would wire these analog signals into a “black box” (Maretron makes) that converts analog signal into the correct digital signal for your Axion.
