Installing 500w block heater pad on my QSM11s.  Do I opt for the standard pad or the ones with the thermostat?  Says on at 170 and off at 200 or just go with the constant on model?

Mount a line voltage thermostat with an outlet on it in the ER and power the heaters through that.

Don’t know but I use a timer as I use my boat on a relatively regular sched and don’t think I need them on 24/7
