Currently I have a Beede furina gauge and a 2 terminal gauge sender for my oil pressure. Can a 1 terminal sender be used in place of the 2 terminal sender by ground one of the sender wires to the engine block?
Also does it matter which color wire is grounded.

    Thank you
    Tony

Stay away from that mini nylon hose & and oil pressure on on boat.. Look at the link–make something up that is safe until you sort out the issue, if you even have one..

Oil line from engine to mechanical gauge on bridge

Because of issues with the electric gauges not reading correctly, I purchased 2 mechanical gauge kits from SMR and was wondering if high pressure 1/8 nylon tube would be alright to connect the gauge to the engine block after the black hose that came with the kit .

The low pressure alarm keeps sounding after a long run and going to idle, oil is full on the dipstick and pressure reads 40 + pounds while running.
