going to do install this week and am going to order fittings.. I looked at the pics of the taps on this site. Looks like the supply in the turbo blank on manifold  is 3/4″ pipe thread and the return by water pump suction is 1/2″ pipe .  Could someone confirm these pipe sizes? I don’t work with pipe a lot. Also the vent from the turbo blank to the exp. tank.  What pipe size is that?

Need to get a pair of simple calipers:

    1/2  NPT measures a tad under    7/8″ OD———- .840″
    3/4  NPT measures  a tad over  1″ OD——–1.050″

    Tony:

Thanks for pics.  Im pretty sure the plug in the water pump return line is 1/2″. However, the bushing that is currently in the turbo flange blank on top of the exh. manifold looks to be 3/4″.  Is that part of the blank 3/4″ npt?
