Just found this. Will this work to bleed the air after swapping the fuel cooler?

The boat is still out of the water so I decided to replace the fuel cooler with the one that has a zinc. I will bypass it during the summer and see what I get for fuel temperature without it. I do have a question though, since I replaced the fuel cooler do I need to crack an injector to bleed any air out of the system?

Rob Iā€™m just curious would this fuel cooler work? Itā€™s a third of the price of the OEM one.

Thank You Rob. Do you suggest an OEM fuel cooler or an aftermarket one with a zinc? I found the wire thatā€™s cut clean at the plug, I just donā€™t know if I can reuse the plug or have to order a new one. Iā€™m not sure what the part number would be. I attached some more pictures.

Thank You Rob. I appreciate the help. So the top part number you gave me is the one I want? Also do you have any idea what this plug is or part number? I noticed the wire going to it is cut. Can I reuse the plug?

Yes thatā€™s what I have. I just removed my heat exchanger, aftercooler, and tranny cooler in order to clean them. While there I was wondering if I should replace my fuel cooler or maybe delete it to avoid a failure that could be costly down the road. On a side note I was going to replace the transmission cooler as a precaution. I see that you offer a transmission replacement kit, is the cooler itself a better quality than other ones on the market?
